Service providers will register each of their services through TIRA™ and utilize simple text messages to update the availability of their services without having to log in. Adding a new service? No problem. Just register it and TIRA will be able to send eligible referrals your way. Service providers manage their content and can update it any time, rather than relying on third-party resource managers.

When a victim wants to get to safety, timing is everything. TIRA offers a real-time inventory of available services so victims and the people assisting them can find exactly what they need in those critical moments.

Just because a service provider has an opening, doesn’t necessarily mean it’s the best fit. TIRA will not only match for eligible services but will also get insight into a survivor’s preferences in order to make quality suggestions for service options. This will reduce the likelihood of a survivor disengaging from services and returning to an exploitative relationship.

Victims can create a secure profile to find and request services directly, rather than relying on a third party for information and access. TIRA will be the bridge directly from victims to services in a trauma-informed and empowering way, ensuring that survivors don’t have to endure re-traumatizing screening processes in order to have their needs met.
